Dr Modi has been in the field of dentistry for the last 9 years. Dr Modi graduated as an international dentist back in 2004 . he graduated from Boston University school of dental medicine where he was awarded his Doctorate dental medicine.

He enjoys practicing cosmetic and restorative dentistry and has special expertise in doing one visit root canal treatments and oral surgery procedures. Continue education in advanced dentistry is an important part of Dr Modi’s ongoing care for all of his patients

Dr Modi is a member of the American Dental Association, The academy of general dentistry, The Massachusetts dental Society, The Connecticut State Dental Association, The New Hampshire Dental Society.

Dr Modi and his wife Shivu currently reside in Ellington. God has blessed them with a daughter, Jahnvi, Along with his family and friends, Dr Modi is passionate about dentistry, travel, football, baseball and is a true New England fan.

My name is Maria. I’m am from NY. I have been a bilingual dental assistant for 13 years. I really enjoy my job, I love helping people in anyway I can. In my time off I make time to enjoy a good show or movie. I love eating and cooking Mexican food!

Hi my name is Jami. I graduated school in 2017 as a dental assistant. I love what I do. It’s nice to build relationships with my patients and help them out with all of their needs when they walk in the door, and being able to work with such an amazing team. Outside of work I love spending time with my family and friends.

My name is Martha , I am a certified Administrative specialist / receptionist went to Northwestern community college and to Stone academy school . I’m proud to say I love working with the Horizon Dental team , been working with them for 6 years ,we treat each other like family. Our teamwork works really good with patients, I don’t think I ever seen this level of trust with any other team I”ve worked with before. In addition I learned new and interesting things from the patients everyday so I enjoy interacting with them there is always a joy to see them satisfied after their visit to the office . In the weekends I enjoy being with my family and taking care of them.

Hi, My name is Marangely Cruz (But I am not related to Tom Cruise!!) I was born and raised up in Puerto Rico and I am fluent with English and Spanish. I have been working with Dr. Parekh for 8 years now and Horizon dental is like my family! I love to work with patients and make them feel comfortable. I am big time Patriots’ fan1 I love dogs. I have 2 daughters and husband and I love spending time with my family when I am not working!
